I currently lead Category, Curriculum, and Learning Strategy at TalentGum, managing 15+ team members and 400+ teachers across multiple learning categories. My work spans business and revenue growth, customer retention, teacher productivity and capacity, curriculum strategy, product roadmaps, process optimisation, automation, AI-led learning, and cross-functional transformation. I have built performance and operating systems from the ground up, driven process efficiencies, and worked closely with Product, Technology, Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations to turn business problems into scalable solutions.
Before TalentGum, I spent four years at Invest India, working closely with different state and central ministers, senior government officials, industry leaders, CXO-level executives, and global companies on investment facilitation, policy reform, and large-scale strategic initiatives. I have worked across sectors including infrastructure, tourism, manufacturing, and the creative economy, and have been involved in facilitating USD 4.7 Bn in investments by supporting 200+ companies and creating 132,000 jobs.
Earlier in my career, I worked across strategy consulting, product and program management, SaaS, enterprise technology, and digital transformation, with clients and organisations including Google, AkzoNobel, CK Birla Group, and Pernod Ricard. I have worked on AI/ML, IoT, cloud, supply-chain technology, enterprise software implementations, analytics, and large-scale technology programs, and have managed complex stakeholder ecosystems across corporate and startup environments.
